Hearth & Home ADHC is currently accepting employment applications for the Program Assistant position. Qualifications: Valid license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Aide Training or Direct Care with experience. Med Tech, CPR and FA preferred but will train if needed. Will be required to work 6:30am-6:00pm shift, 1 to 3 days a week to include a Monday or Friday shift.
